Directions

Peel the pineapple, remove the core and dice the fruit.
Add all the ingredients to the blender and blend on MAX for at least 1 minute.
Serve chilled for a tasty juice.
For clear juice strain to remove the pulp (unfortunately losing all the fibres in the process).
