Mini Quiche Wedges

Servings 9 persons, Preparation time 10 minutes, Cooking time: 24 minutes


  • 100 g (frozen or chilled) ready-made pie crust dough (pâte brisée)
  • ½ tablespoon oil
  • 1 egg
  • 3 tablespoons whipping cream
  • 40 g grated cheese
  • Freshly ground pepper
  • Filling as desired
  • 2 small pie moulds of 10 cm


  • Preheat the airfryer to 200°C.
  • Cut two rounds of 15 cm from the dough. Lightly grease the moulds with oil and line them with the dough. Press the dough down along the edges.
  • Lightly beat the egg with the cream and the cheese and season with salt and pepper to taste. Pour the mixture into the moulds and add the filling.
  • Place a mould in the basket and slide the basket into the airfryer. Set the timer to 12 minutes. Bake the quiche until golden brown and ready. Bake the other quiche in the same way.
  • Remove the quiches from the moulds and cut each quiche into 6 wedges. Serve the quiche wedges warm or at room temperature.
  • Variations - Mushroom Slices Fry 125 g sliced mushrooms with one crushed clove of garlic and 1 teaspoon of paprika in 1 tablespoon olive oil on high heat until brown. Divide the mushrooms between the quiches. - Broccoli and Ham Slices Boil 50 g very small broccoli florets until they are tender and divide them with 50 g ham cut into strips between the quiches.
