Tarhana, a fermented and dehydrated mix of flour, yoghurt, onions, tomatoes and green peppers forms the base of this traditional Turkish soup.

- 3½ tbsp tarhana
- 3½ tbsp tomato purée
- 1.2 l vegetable stock
- 1 tbsp butter
- optional: 1 tsp salt*
- Place all of the ingredients into the soup maker, close the lid and press the cream soup program.
- When the soup is ready, open the lid and pour into suitable cups or bowls.
